Moroccan mouth blown glass

There is no cafe who has not used it to serve a typical espresso or a good mint tea, The mouthblown tea glas was so popular in the 40ies and is now making a strong come back after being almost extinguished as threatened to be replaced by industrial products.

The glas is mouthblown from local glas waste and hand cut using an oxygen and gas flame. It is shaped into many different products, glasses, carafes, bowls, containers and vases.
